Charles Evans Shopfitters had secured a low cost, fixed rental contract for an apartment in London for a senior project manager, however when he arrived to move in, he did not feel safe in the location, and the apartment was not up to standards. The pressure was on to find an alternative that would be cost effective, simply to manage, in a safe location close to site, well maintained, and with flexibility to cancel or reduce the length in without severe penalties.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
Knowing the challenge, Suite Hub sourced, negotiated and delivered a spacious 1 bedroom serviced apartment from one of its core providers in the city, Lamington Group, in Hammersmith. Located down a quiet leafy street, still only a short journey from Westfields Shopping Centre; the job site, we booked a 1 year long stay with a flexible 30 day cancellation policy, simply all inclusive monthly billing, a weekly cleaning service with no deposits or hassles in the process.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Upon check-in the guest was very satisfied with the apartment, it’s furnishings, location and felt fully looked after by their company. Our client, Charles Evans, although paying more per month for the new serviced apartment, saved time and resource finding a solution, eliminated risk of accommodation related issues, and could now shorten the booking if the project was completed early.
