Requirements
Our client Metclad Contracts won a 6 month project in central Manchester, which would require 3x full time staff working Monday-Friday each week, who’d then travel back home at the weekends. Budget per guest per night was not to exceed £100 which was a challenge in Manchester given many popular tourist dates across the annual calendar which spiked rates across the city. Ideally guests would be in the same building or close by to each other to simplify travel arrangements to the project site.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
With ample partner hosts within the city, Suite Hub reached out to those that fit the requirements, and was able to deliver a fixed nightly rate for 3x studio apartments with CitySuites, a high end apart-hotel with onsite swimming pool, fitness centre, lounge and restaurant, despite overlapping popular dates where rates would typically double.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
All three guests were comfortable with their spacious studio apartments with fully equipped kitchens, and enjoyed being able to relax after work in the properties swimming pool, jacuuzi and sauna. A fixed nightly supported the clients goal to keep costs and profit margins predictable, and Suite Hub saved Metclad time and resources having taken care and managing the accommodation from start to finish.
