Our client BTR Relocation were looking for temporary accommodation for a family of three relocating to Brisbane, Australia for work purposes. The client needed to be within a 30 minute drive from their new office, have space for his partner and two children, have onsite facilities and an overall convenient and flexible terms should they need to shorten or extend prior to moving into a new home.

Suite Hub used it’s internal map and filtering to list all possible solutions before negotiating a great deal with La Ramla’s property Perry House. This stunning property offered a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom serviced apartment with a balcony – perfectly space for a family of three; fully furnished and equipped ready to move in. The building had a swimming pool, views of the city and an onsite fitness centre.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Suite Hub first negotiated for the 2 bedroom apartment to be available for the entire 60 days, which was not available to book online even directly with the provider. A negotiated fixed nightly rate was also put in place. The guests were very satisfied with the apartment and proved the perfect solution over hotels and to be their home whilst looking around for their permanant new home.
