Our client Concept Building Services secured a contract to conduct refurb works for an Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda, requiring a team of 8 professionals for a period of 4 months, with additional staff coming and going throughout the period. Concept needed high quality, spacious serviced accommodation in a safe location, close to their project site, and within a budget of £80 GBP per night, per person.

Suite Hub negotiated and presented several options from it’s hosts in the city, before recommending a collection of 4x two bedroom serviced apartments within the Touch Africa Residence, which was a few minutes walk from the local Embassies, shops and restaurants. Our team negotiated a group booking that was 20% less than the clients budget, with flexible terms to shorten or cancel, and most importantly, guests were very satisfied and comfortable during their stay.

Comfortable, satisfied and ultimately very productive guests on the ground. Well within budget, saving Concept money, especially compared to booking 8x hotel rooms of a similar standard.
