When our client Creagh Concrete who had previously booked 7x Premier Inn hotel rooms in Poole, were faced with inflated prices and lack of availability as they worked through a long-term project, they required more space, a fixed cost per person per night for the long term, and the ability to secure accommodation for a longer period of time. All whilst being walkable to their project site.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
During a busy period Suite Hub sourced, negotiated and compiled together a solution of spacious serviced apartments from multiple different hosts for a period of 8 months initially, ensuring there was a minimum of one month in each apartment to reduce guest moves, whilst also ensuring bookings were made back to back with no gaps. We presented 1x 3 bedroom apartment and 2x 2 bedroom apartments to accommodate the 7 guests, all within a 10 minute walk from their job site, and slashing the cost per person per night they were paying at the Premier Inn.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Guests on the ground were very happy to move into spacious serviced aparments from their small hotel rooms, enjoying large lounges and dining areas, balconies and gardens. They could now prep and cook their own meals. Suite Hub saved Creagh Concrete thousands of pounds and gave their team peace of mind that accommodation was taken care of for the remainder of the project, and that costs were fixed at a good rate throughout.
