4. Check-In: Check-in time is typically from 3 PM. If you require an earlier check-in, please contact us in advance to see if it’s possible.

5. Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request but must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

6. Cleanliness: Please keep the accommodation clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving dirty dishes.

7. Maintenance Issues: If you encounter any maintenance issues or damages, please report them immediately to our team. We aim to resolve problems promptly to ensure your stay is comfortable.

8. Safety First: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or other safety equipment.

9. Lock Up: Always lock doors and windows when you leave the accommodation. Suite Hub is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

10. Internet Usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please use it responsibly and avoid illegal activities.

11. Smoking Policy: All our accommodations are non-smoking. Please respect this policy and smoke only in designated outdoor areas if available.

12. Pets: Pets are only allowed if specified in your booking confirmation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

13. Utilities: Please use water and electricity responsibly. Turn off lights, heating, or air conditioning when not in use to help conserve energy.

14. Parking: If parking is provided, please park in designated areas only. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
