Requirements
Our client Semisul required a team of 30 project workers to work during the peak summer period of August in Barcelona, Spain, where each guest needs their own bed but can share larger apartments and houses to keep within a tight budget of 35 EUR per person per night. Ideally in the same building or close to each other to keep collections of the team simple when travelling to the project site.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
Suite Hub worked hard to find availability across it’s entire Barcelona supplier network, faced with partial or simply no availability, or at best inflated prices. Negotiating with a couple of core providers Suite Hub delivered a split solution across two apart-hotels, only a 15 minute drive apart, averaging 4 guests per apartment, utilising comfortable fully prepared sofa beds in many of the apartments.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Guests were satisfied and enjoyed spacious apartments with kitchens, with a convenient group travel to the project site each day. Suite Hub’s solution delivered a combined approach which was skillfully negotiated and put together to keep perfectly on budget, saving substantial time for Semisul and an otherwise resource heavy, risky and overpriced accommodation outcome if it wer enot for Suite Hub’s solution.
