Our client Charles Evans, had booked 8x local Premier Inn rooms for their team as they began their 4 month project in Birmingham, but quickly found the prices were changing every week and guests had little room and convenience. Happy to share, they approached us to source spacious apartments with a fixed cost per person per night, with a cost saving in mind over the hotels. Parking was essential to transport the group to the project site every day.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
Considering multiple options, Suite Hub sourced, negotiated and delivered a collection of spacious apartments in our Staycity apart-hotel, which was ideally located, and provided options to have twin beds in the apartments. 1x 2 bedroom apartment and 3x 1 bedroom apartments were secured as a result, with 2x parking spaces for the team. Onsite breakfast was included in negotiated rates, which overall saved our client thousands over the 8x hotel rooms.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Guests on the ground were very happy with the spacious apartments, a hot breakfast every morning and the ability to prep and cook lunches and dinners. Charles Evans saved thousands on their accommodation costs, and removed the variables that booking hotels a few weeks a time posed.
